Cherry Pie Volunteer Information - Updated Feb 16, 2008
First off, we really want to thank all the volunteers who make the Cherry Pie, and all the bike races around the State, possible. Without the help of all of you, it would absolutely not be possible to put on these great grass roots events. Thanks so much for your help and dedication to the sport! In order to make this as easy and fun as possible, we've prepared a list of the jobs and volunteers assigned to them. We've included the lists in the following formats: Listed by Job - .html or .pdf or .xls Listed by Name (first name) - .html or pdf Please review the list and make sure you're assigned to a job that works for you. If you have issues, please contact the volunteer coordinator (Heather) immediately. The links to the left will provide a detailed description of how each job works. Please review before race day. Registration will be at Valley Catering across from Adair County Park on NE Arnold Ave in Adair Village. Please do NOT park in the Valley Catering parking lot as this will be used for racer staging. You will be provided with a pre-printed copy in your volunteer packet on race day. All drivers and flaggers, please bring your personal FRS/GMRS radios, if possible. We will have radios, but they don't always hold a charge very long, etc. Better safe than sorry. Check in at Registration on race day to get your packet. Please sign a volunteer waiver when you arrive. Thanks, again for all your help with this event. The Cherry Pie is the largest one-day road race in Oregon. With your help, it is also one of the best!
